General

  1. The website www.kawan.in and its contents and system operational software is the sole ownership of West Coast Fine Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd.
  2. You can place your order either via online or phone call.
  3. Minimum order value must be Rs 300.
  4. Billing would be as per the product pack MRP only, unless running a promotional offer.
  5. All orders can be paid in Cash or via Credit or Debit Card.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or ‘Out of Stock’ status. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed for delivery from our side.
  7. The delivery is done only in Delhi & Mumbai

1. Cancellation for any orders once placed and confirmed, shall be entertained on the day of ordering only.

 

Return Policy

We have no question asked about return policy. We take the utmost care to provide best product to our customers. However if you find, goods are damaged, immediately report this to delivery staff. We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day. Any claims thereafter would not be entertained.
